Necati Catbas, Ph.D., presents “Structural Health Monitoring of Infrastructure: Permanent-Continuous vs Mobile-Intermittent,” discussing his research in structural health monitoring and non-destructive evaluation used with novel technologies. He overviews novel sensing, monitoring, visualization and evaluation of structures, including applications that include long-span bridges and simulations of structures for mixed reality headsets, computer vision, and more
