Student Requests for Administrative Record change (Late Adds/Drops/Swaps)
- Administrative Record Changes have transitioned to the dynamic form system: https://tinyurl.com/y8adm24a.
- or late adds, drops, or swaps that require a Restricted Registration Approval, please use this link in addition to your Administrative Record Change: http://tinyurl.com/yhyse4st. The Administrative Record Change allows for attached PDFs, so please attach this approval to your form.
- Requests are due by the third week of classes. Beginning the third week, professor approval is required (via email uploaded to the form) that attests that the missed course work can be completed.
- While dynamically submitted, this paperwork is manually processed. It follows this process: Student => UCF Global (if necessary) => CECS Grad Affairs => College of Graduate Studies => Registrar’s Office. The Registrar’s Office is the only office that can alter a course schedule after the late registration ends.
- Instructors looking to override their class limit should email cecsgradregistration@ucf.edu for assistance. We cannot override additional students if the room’s capacity is at its limit.
Any questions regarding the new dynamic registration forms or general registration, please contact cecsgradregistration@ucf.edu.
