        • Late course enrollment requests are due by the second week of classes.  Your professor approval is required (via email uploaded to the form) that attests that the missed course work can be completed. Unless there was an administrative error, late adds, drops, and swaps are very rare and extraordinary circumstances
        • While dynamically submitted, late registration paperwork is manually processed.  It follows this process:  Student => UCF Global (if necessary) => CECS Grad Affairs => College of Graduate Studies => Registrar’s Office.  The Registrar’s Office is the only office that can alter a course schedule after late registration ends.

Any questions regarding the new dynamic registration forms or general registration, please contact cecsgradregistration@ucf.edu.
