Student Requests for Administrative Record change (Late Adds/Drops/Swaps)
-
- To add, drop, and/or swap course work after the first week of classes, you will need an Administrative Record Change. These requests must be made by your Graduate Program’s Coordinator. The form allows for attached documentation so please submit the support for your request to your form.
- Late course enrollment requests are due by the second week of classes. Your professor approval is required (via email uploaded to the form) that attests that the missed course work can be completed. Unless there was an administrative error, late adds, drops, and swaps are very rare and extraordinary circumstances
- While dynamically submitted, late registration paperwork is manually processed. It follows this process: Student => UCF Global (if necessary) => CECS Grad Affairs => College of Graduate Studies => Registrar’s Office. The Registrar’s Office is the only office that can alter a course schedule after late registration ends.
Any questions regarding the new dynamic registration forms or general registration, please contact cecsgradregistration@ucf.edu.
