CONFERENCE TRAVEL/STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS

For the process of receiving the monies for travel to the conference here is what you will need to do:

  1. Obtain approval from Dr. Gordon to receive funds, to a certain dollar amount, 30 days prior to conference. Email ali.gordon@ucf.edu for assistance.
  2. Obtain funding from the SGA.
  3. Once you have the approval from the SGA, please forward the approval to Tracey Ziebro at tracey.ziebro@ucf.edu.
  4. The funds awarded by Dr. Gordon will then be transferred to the SGA to add on top of the award that they have given you.

*Any unused funds by your organization will be repurposed for another group’s travel within the college.
